Ram clocks

Hello

 

My new pc has 32 gb 3600mhz of ddr4 corsair vengeance ram. When i installed them i turned on xmp and it said 3600mhz but when i afterwards updated the bios and turned on xmp it only gives 3066 mhz. 

Anyone know how to fix?

Can we have more system specs? Motherboard, CPU, RAM specific model number, BIOS revision, etc.? Screenshots of what you're reading, as well as CPU-Z screenshots of the memory tab would also be useful in diagnosing the issue.

Clear CMOS and set it again. Sometimes BIOS updates will mess with XMP settings. You can also try switching profiles.

I reset the bios bybclearing the cmos and set it on xmp profile 1 (the only one) and its still running at 3066
