One is for sata, and the other with the 4 huge pins i dont knoe for what, but both of their 6 pin connectors have missing pins and im not sure if they are safe, there are also no signs of them being ripped out, nor stripped wires behind the missing pins. But i just want to make sure they are safe since yknow, dont want my build do catch on fire lol

The SATA cable has 12V, 5V, 3.3V, and 2 ground pins.

The 4 pin peripheral (molex) cable has 12V, 5V, and 2 ground pins.

That's normal. The one that is missing on the 4 pin peripheral cable would be the 3.3V wire that isn't used on the cable.

You can see the different wires in the SATA cable photo. Yellow is 12V. Red is 5V. Orange is 3.3V. Black is ground.

The different coloured wires aren't shown in the 4 pin peripheral photo you posted, but since it only has 4 pins on the connector you can probably work out why it only has 4 pins.
