I did a little building on PCPartPicker and made a build that would meet your requirements (just skating under 2k).

Notes: There's definitely an aesthetic tax to be paid going all-white. I was unable to find a really good white motherboard while staying in budget, but if you're willing to splurge on mobo you can check out the NZXT N7 Z790.

The GPU is a highly personal choice; I think a 3080 will work really well for your use-case and I was able to find that one white version on eBay for $800, though your mileage may vary. It's really hard to find a good white GPU at a reasonable price, people mark those up like crazy.

I was looking at using the NZXT H9 Elite for the case (it's really sleek), but ultimately chose the Corsair one for the price.

Let me know if you have any questions 🙂 I love building PCs

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

This is my take on what you could get for a white theme Intel build. Keep in mind I didn't include a gpu as white gpus are hard to find so it made no gpu feel like a good fit tbh. I mean the best I could find was a white 4070 which to me doesn't seem to be what I would want. If I could find a white 4070ti or rx 7900xt I would have opted for that instead

i5 is definitely the way to go here.

Ignore my list OP, this one is better (personally I'd still go with the Corsair 4000D case and Vengeance RAM but that's just for the aesthetics).

Need to know your monitor resolution or if a monitor is to be included in the budget.
