I ordered some pins today form the store and forgot about the bonus bin item. I noticed it 2 minutes after final checkout and was sad. I didn't expect it to be possible but I told my self trying doesn't cost anything. I messaged support, if it was possible to still add a bonus bin item. The support reacted in a few hours (on a Sunday) and said yes and added the desired sticker pack. I actually didn't think that it was possible since the company actually gains less profit through this and it was completly my fault for forgeting it. From a buisness perspective it is bad. But as a customer and regular viewer I couldn't be more happy. 10/10 If there is a place where I can rate the experience please let me know.

You will receive an email to leave a review for the product(s) that you purchased, after you will get your order. You can also write your impressions about the entire purchasing process, your personal experience with support, etc. I've seen other people doing that. Make sure you check your spam folder, so you don't miss the email, since it's an automated message, it might get caught in the spam filter.

Was this Sunday as in yesterday? I am currently having the exact opposite experience. Going on 2 weeks with no response at all. Haven't had a support experience this bad in years honestly.

DId you get an automated email that means it has gone through or that is what people say
