Issues with new 3060

Hello LTT community, I recently bought a MSI 3060 from amazon, new not refurbished. I don't think the card is the issue but the frames in many games I play have been having bad stutters to low fps. I get that the 3060 isn't a super powerful card; But I even tested it on Roblox and was getting bad stutters. I get stutters in modded Minecraft, satisfactory, GTA, Rd2, and a few more games I currently cannot think of. All my specs / system. are listed under my account, but ill paste them here. Help would be appreciated, Thanks.
