Alt + Key sounds

In Payday the Heist I have my sprint button as Alt, when I run and press A or D there is a really annoying DING noise. Is there any way to mute this?

If you're using Windows 7, click on the little speaker icon, then click mixer, then drag the System Sounds fader all the way down.
