Recover photos from soft bricked phone

Cris.py

Hello,

My grandma's Samsung Galaxy A41 got soft bricked (loops boot sequence). The phone is worthless BUT ofc all her photos from last xy years are on that.

I can get it to recovery mode but not sure what to do from there other than factory reset (which deletes the photos anyway so pointless). How would one approach this, I don't know much about phones really.

Any help is welcome. Thank you.

We have had to recover one of our employees data from a phone that was folded in half. I had to send to phone to a recovery company where they took the NAND off and read the contents that way. It wasnt super expensive (though it costed more than what the phone is worth brand new) and they managed to deliver the data. I would contact a recovery service that has a good reputation.
