better upgrade for cloud 2

is it good to buy hyper x cloud alpha over the alpha s because I have already the 7.1 USB from cloud 2, or should I still buy another Cloud 2 or can you give me some other recommendations because the shp9500 is not cheap in my location?

Modern cloud 2s are about the same

im on ph and my budget is roughly around 70-90 usd and the market here is alpha is cheaper by 5-10 usd than the cloud 2
