Red CPU light after multiple, non-full boot shutdowns

Hey folks, could use a little bit help here after trying most of the checklist in the No Post/Power thread (I think). My friend's kiddo got ahold of the power button on my PC this weekend and was pressing it, then shutting it off multiple times before it could completely boot looks like (Apparently lights turning on and off are neat >.< ). Power comes on, ROG Hive sits on the yellow Q-LED (RAM) for about 30 seconds, then goes to a red CPU light with no post. I can't imagine something this simple hosed my CPU and would imagine it's probably fixable? This is a (close) to brand new PC that I know worked previously to this incident.

Setup:
Ryzen 7800X3D
ROG Strix x670E-I motherboard

G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000

ROG Strix 4090

CoolerMaster V1100 SFX PSU

2x Samsung 990 Pro 2TB

If there's any more info I can provide, please let me know, and thanks in advance for looking at my issue.

Clearing CMOS should be enough, another idea would be to disconnect the PC from power for 5-10min just unplug the power plug.

If that does not help then, welp something died
