So, I just upgraded my cpu from ryzen5 1600 to ryzen7 5800x3d. Before installing new cpu I updated the bios and chipset drivers. When I opened the game Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition and enabled unlimited fps, game was crashing in like 5 second of me playing it. And the fun part is it sometimes just was a black screen and pc reboot, sometimes I got just one picture from the game and then game just turned off, no hotkeys suck as atl tab or ctrl alt delete isnt working while everything is frozen. Same thing for Sea of Thieves, but in this game I actually got an error message saying that gpu driver crashed. Then when I restricted fps to 75 (my monitor hz) everything was working fine. I reinstalled gpu drivers using DDU (I tried newest driver and then the previous version), and I was able to play Outer Worlds for like 10 minutes with unlimited fps before it crashed. But Sea of Thieves is crashing at the moment when I enter the game session. GPU and CPU temps are fine. I did a benchmark for every pc component and didnt get any crashes, also ran a memtest for ram through cmd. Swapped  ram slots (I have 4 slots, using only 2 of them), also didnt help. Enabling or disabling xmp didnt change anything. Could it be that on higher fps ram is starting to cause a proble? Or CPU does not like this particular ram sticks idk honestly. I could try to remove 1 ram stick and check or just return the cpu to the shop and get a new one again, or buy new ram, I'm losing hope with this PC mysteries.

PC configuration:

GPU - Asus tuf rtx 3080

CPU - Ryzen7 5800x3d

CPU cooling - Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 3

RAM - Kingston DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3200Mhz FURY Beast Black (Its currently running at 2800mhz, not stable at higher speeds)

MotherBoard - Asus TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II

Power supply - CHIEFTEC Proton 1000W

SSD - Samsung 980 V-NAND MLC 1TB M.2

P.S. I tested it in Dota 2 with unlimited fps, but the game limits fps to 240. I didnt get any crashes at all

P.S.2 One time my wallpaper engine crashed along with one of the games saying that gpu driver has stopped working. It was not happening with and old CPU

Did you update to the latest bios or an older one? I've seen people update to the first supported Bios and not the latest.

Latest GPU vBios?

I understand RAM not stable at more than 2800 on Ryzen 1600 but a 5800X3D should have no issues with 3200.

I mean right now ram is not stable at 3200 and 3000 with the 5800x3d, it just would post at safe mode asking me to change the settings. Also I just realized that I never got to use a gpu at 100% due to cpu bottleneck, besides benchmarks. So gpu may be the proble as well I think. But every part in this build is not older than 5 moths. And the bios version is the newest

You should check your RAM, test it with Memtest86+ or Passmark Memtest86, it might be broken.

Or your CPU isn't sitting properly, maybe a bent pin or two? I'd check that, reseat, and repaste.

Cause a DDR4 3200 kit should work fine on a 5800X3D memory controller.

Well, I run memtest86, it passed. After that I decide to try playing with uncapped fps again and didnt get any crashes. IDK maybe cpu needed some time to adjust or running the test did something. Another day another crazy behavior from my PC. Thanks for replying
