Accessing multiple Microsoft 365 admin pages

Anyone know if there is a way to access multiple different Microsoft 365 accounts without having to keep signing out and in or across multiple browsers? Specifically for http://admin.microsoft.com.

I have to access alot of them for work and i dont want to keep switching accounts. I know our account is a Microsoft Partner but I dont know if alot of the accounts are linked to it. 

 

Edit: I should add I dont save passwords in chrome, I use a password manager called Hudu. Kind of makes life a pain and there are quite a few 2fa codes involved but it depends on the login.
