Can someone please help

Go to solution Solved by Spotty,

Looks like memory artifacting. You could try a different display cable but I doubt it will help. Submit a warranty claim for a replacement.

As a band-aid solution you can try downclocking the memory speed by 100MHz or so and see if that helps. Given that it's not happening in all games it's possible that a lower memory clock speed will help fix it, at least until you can get it replaced.

Try updating your gpu drivers after a ddu of your old ones. It may also be the cable so if you have another one try that. Or a different displayport port on your gpu

Does indeed appear to be artifiacting. You can upload videos to Youtube and post the video if that helps.

Contact the graphics card manufacturer to get a warranty claim going and replacement card.

i have done the drivers, even fresh installed, tried on two different PC also, 13600k and a 7800x3D

only thing in common on both is GPU and cables, i could try cables
