During Windows 11 setup you can delete any partition that you want. I think you want to delete all partitions.

As I said before - you can delete all the partitions during install. Before install process has started of course. So that should count as "uninstall".

There is no need, Windows 11 install deletes and formats the drive.  You'd be doing it twice.

But if you really want to:

You don't understand what installing an OS does (deleting partitions and formatting a drive), do you?

Everything you're asking... installing a new OS does.  That's why we recommend reinstalling Windows when you have a bugs or viruses.

yes those are partitions, so do  what @Tan3l6 said above when installing Win 11.  Delete the partitions (known as volumes too).

I'd be surprised if you can remove Windows partition/volume, while you are using it.

You need some other environment before deleting them all.

But you sure can try.

You cannot delete Windows from within Windows. You need to boot from something else. Dban can do it. Completely unnecessary since you can do it during Windows setup, but since you don't want to listen, there you go.

Use the Windows Media Creation Tool that you download and install to a USB stick.  After downloading and running the WMCT, boot from the USB and during the windows install process, delete ALL the partitions.  Windows will then install and you got your wish.

Take care and good luck.

It will not!

when you boot from the windows 11 stick you main harddrive/ssd will be ejected so you can partition it - no interference possible

Boot to your Windows installation USB, when it asks where to install, select all partitions on the drive you want to wipe and hit Delete. To reinstall select the Unallocated Space you're left with and hit Next.
