i already have all peripherals, am probably going to buy during sales like black friday so maybe replace the 7600 by a 7700 if it comes out and i'm going to play at 1440p with the objective of 90-100 fps average

I know you learnt from your mistake of over relying on estimated wattage but this still applies. Need a time frame? H-72 to 48 hours of purchase.
