Hi guys,
I'm currently in the process of switching my Mainboard. I disassembled the build approximately 2 weeks ago.
Now I'm wondering if I can still use the thermal paste or if I should replace it.
I have a unopened pack of thermal grizzly Kryonaut lying around but I don't want to "waste" it if the current paste is still good.
The paste currently on the hardware is the preapplied NZXT paste.

Every time you take of a cooler, you have to replace the paste. Clean the cooler and CPU as well, if you want good temps.

Thanks for answering. Now I have a followup Question. since I have no isopropyl alcohol for cleaning I cleaned the paste off with some dry q-tips. The hardware is mostly clean, but the is still a visible "shadow" of paste residue. can I just put the new paste on or does it need do be perfectly clean.
I'm guessing it should be fine, but I'm just asking for reassurance.
