This will also support 480p.  Its just not used that much anymore if at all so its not listed as a spec.  HDMI 2.1 are backwards compatible so no matter if you connect it to your Wii, it will work 🙂  People buying cables for Wii would just go with a much cheaper HDMI 1.2 cable in general.  Not that 5 dollars is expensive, but its only 3 feet.

The registrations published for HDMI cables are just guidelines. Since HDMI is a digital data stream, they just have to carry enough bandwidth to support that many pixels. If it supports 4k at 120 hz, it will support everything lower than that. It's just a bunch of dumb wires, it can't reject a signal that isn't specifically supported on the product page.
