Good evening yall,

So in late march I bought a new computer. The issue im having is related to when I load up certain newer games on one monitor, and have a browser open with a video stream up on the other. The issue is almost never with the game, except for a few recently released poorly optimized games.

I'm consistently getting lag and freezes on my 2nd monitor with both the video stream and windows 11. I've opened task manager during this time and while incredibly slow to come up, when it does finally pop up my cpu, and memory are like 10-35 percent. (GPU is sometimes higher depending on the game but ive never really seen it go above 60 percent usage.)

I've never really been a hardware guy so I thought I would come here to ask for help. I've updated the drivers I can find, including my bios. Version number is 7D91vH7. Any help in troubleshooting or a way forward to narrowing down the issue would be greatly appreciated. I feel like with the hardware I have I "shouldn't" be having any issues with what I'm trying to do.
