Ram is not working help

Okay so I've tried a new motherboard and CPU. Currently using 5800x3d with b550f gaming WiFi 2. However, my Kingston fury ram is still not working while my critical ballistic does. Help?

I'd say it's pretty likely that the Fury kit is just dead. You can try a BIOS update to see if maybe there isn't native BIOS support for it, but it's just more than likely dead at this point.

It was new from box reckon I can return it? I bought two kits as well

You should be able to return it depending on who you bought it from.

Both sticks are 1.35v but my bios dram voltage is on 1.2v what would happen if I was to increase that?

It might help with some stuff, but enabling XMP should just do that by default.

OKAY SO I ENABLED DOCP ON MY JUST MY OTHER STICKS AND THEN PUT ONE OF EACH IN AND ONE IS WORKING.
