It can do both, if you want to play 1440p i would strongly recommend a card with more than 8GB of VRAM

 

 

The 6700XT i mentioned has 12GB and is pretty cheap atm

Yes, I know I need more than 8GB  vram for 1440p

6700kt I won't have a bottleneck or fps drops and lags

it will pair well with your ryzen 3600 there will be some CPU bottleneck but not that much especially at 1440p

Even with a 3600 there won’t be any bottleneck at 1080p

Yes a bit but not as much that I would worry about it. The 3600 is a decent enough cpu
