New mobo help

I need to get a mobo for 5800x3d I wanna buy Asus b550f. Will this support 5800x3d out the box. Also if I have to flash the bios which update would I use cuz when I was upgrading my last mobo I had to go through 4 different files in sequence for it to work

 

Finally, would my 3600mhz ram work?

it should. And if it doesn't then just use the bios flashback button on teh board with a usb with the bios file on it to update the bios

As I said in the other thread, its a bit of a toss up, like a coin toss. If it doesn't then just go down to 3200mhz

So my other mobo didn't post with the ram at any speed you reckon it's the mobo?

This ram is brand new and I'm using a b450 aorus elite. My old cl16 3000 kit works tho. I haven't overclocked the ram or anything it just won't post.

it probably is the mobo then. I'd say try it with the new cpu when it arrives and if it still doesn't post with the ram then get the new mobo
