Consistent CPU frametime spikes in fpsvr

I'm getting very consistent spikes in fpsvr, not visually present on steamvr performance graph but noticeable in steamvr home. I don't have any random monitoring software or icue etc. Fresh windows install a few weeks ago. DDU done. chipset and other drivers updated. No OC software. Any idea what could be causing this?

X570S Edge max

TX750m 80+ gold

64GB Trident Z neo 3600 CL16

H115i Pro AIO
