Bugs and crashes can be completely related to the operating system (in certain specific cases).

I had the same issue with windows xp.

The crashes were so frequent and bad that I switched to another OS permanently.

-> Moved to Troubleshooting

First for sanity's sake, please use bit more punctuation. Its hard to get clear image as non-native english speaker.

To actual point. All signs point to GPU driver crashing. Since its fine when GPU isn't actively used or is used by software relying to OpenGL. Instead of trying all newest, try with couple of versions older. I'm assuming this hasn't been issue since you got the card and started after something changed. Most of the time, when its not clearly pure hardware issue, something has changed in config or software and causes this. Most commonly updates to OS or hardware drivers. So rolling back especially on GPU drivers or trying newer beta drivers can help.
