Vent/Best Buy return?

I’ve had the worst building experience in the last 72hours my ssd that arrived from Amazon was completely the wrong one, had to return that, ram was shot too retuning that tmr, and my motherboard that I got from Best Buy will not and did not for the love of god boot into windows  I went thru hundreds of posts from here, Reddit, and toms hardware I tried everything and I didn’t want to but I’m retuning my motherboard tomorrow to Best Buy, I got on a call after being on hold for literally 1 hour straight and he told me that I need an appointment to fix or return/replace my issue I’m on the verge of tears, I am so stressed I spent all night from 5pm to 7pm the next day troubleshooting and I just want some good news, will this be one of those “the customer is always right” and will I get a new motherboard or will I be stuck explaining to my dad why I spent 300$ on a broken motherboard instead of saving like he told me to

 Did you make that appointment? 
Play it by their game and have best buy take a look at it. I had a surface pro 4 (back when it was brand new) and bought the stylus from them. When it wouldn't work I brought it back the next day and they asked one of the geek squad guys to come out and look at it. When he confirmed it was DOA they gave me another one free and they made sure it worked.

I'd bet there's people here that want to help you, but without you giving full system specs and saying what you've tried it's going to be very hard to help. 

How are people supposed to help troubleshoot the drive if you don't know what you're using?

I got help from Best Buy’s geek squad, my ram was fine it was the motherboard, apparently it’s picky when it comes to all amd builds and wouldn’t show my drives, I returned the motherboard with a full refund and bought the ssd I needed, thanks for your concern
