Vitual monitor help.

I am trying to multibox in eve online, this is perfectly allowable by the rules. However, I wanted to split 4 instances of the game up on 1 4k monitor. HOWEVER, I dont want to run them in windowed mode with a border and a title bar. Is there any way to split the 4k monitor into 4 virtual monitors so I can run each instance in its own "windowed fullscreen" mode? I have found lots of tools to custom divide up the screen into regions, but none that are free that allow me to do it where windows sees 4 "monitors". Some paid apps sound like they might be able to, but I dont want to give money over to someone for "maybe". I want to know for sure before I do that.

I searched that topic a few weeks ago and the only hit I found was to use the Multi-monitor feature of Windows. Very disappointing. It just splits the screen in two with two Windows of the same size.

If you ever find something, I am interested too.

EDIT: False alarm, it is another utility to split your screen using windows. At least, this one is free.

Virtual Display Manager. It looks like it can do what you need. IT is paid software but you can request a 15-days evaluation key to make sure it fits your needs.

I found all those so far, the windows power tools wont do it.
