A good program for streaming

Xsplit is pretty much what everyone uses.

Thanks ppl for your answers, and the shadowplay of nvidia, is it good?, i know it's only for nvidia card but, is it good the shadowplay?

Shadowplay is great for recording. I'm not sure if you can stream using it, but just saving it to something like your hard drive it is great. Very little performance impact while you record.

I've only used Xsplit in the past, the experience was pretty good.

Xsplit is dying and OBS is already on top.  It is more lightweight, free, open-source, plug-in support, etc.  Xsplit is only still used for good capture device support but if you are on PC, just go with OBS.
