So I bought an older Samsung phone (s10e) to use as a sort of a media player and the phone was unlocked. Well I have a plan with Verizon and wanted to see if my sim works on the phone. Well when I put the sim into the phone it restarted and now it's a Verizon locked s10e. Anyone know how to get rid of it? Verizon isn't helping (they suck).

verizon made deals with many phone makers and they were locked to verizon as the carrier. This is not something that verizon alone do. most carriers have at some point used the same method and often with a high end phone to attract customers as the phones were often given free with a subsciption to their service model.
