DDR4 3200 MHz CL 16-18-18-36

DDR4 3600 MHz CL 18-19-19-39

Mixing different specs is not ideal. By default, they'll likely go down to 2666 MHz. You may be able to get both stable at 3200 MHz (or even 3600 MHz), if you're lucky. Four sticks is more work for the CPU's integrated memory controller, so in many cases they won't be stable at higher XMP speeds anymore, especially if you mix different speeds. Afaik Zen 2's memory controller also isn't the best.

There's a high chance it's the same RAM since C16 3200 and C18 3600 is about the same.
