Maybe theoretically if you've got a really good chip with a ton of cooling, but 4.7 all core is about what I'd expect many to top out on reasonable cooling for a 5500.

Still check the temps, 1.45V is a ton of voltage and pretty hard to cool. If you've got a custom loop or a high end AIO, it might be possible, but still double check that you aren't overheating since going into the manual overclock range disables temperature protection.

under heavy used 80-85°c
