Trying to replace my current NAS with a small efficient one, thoughts on this build?

Google Photos and Drive replacement

Plex server (for now I'm only viewing 1080p movies and shows but i'm planning to move to 4K [not remux] eventually)

Torrent/Sonarr/Radarr

Steam game storage

Possibly Home Assistant

BUILD

OS: Either Ubuntu Desktop or Ubuntu LTS

MOBO: MSI B85I

CPU+iGPU: i5-4430S (although i'm likely to go with i5-4690 or 4690K)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB DDR3

Storage: Kingston A400 (OS drive), 2x3TB WD Red+ in RAID1 + 1x8TB WD Red+ (this will be used for movies and TV shows so I don't care too much about losing them)

Case: Cooler Master Elite 130

PSU: Asus TUF Gaming Bronze 430W

You can either get used 8th gen i5 (like i5-8400) with B360/Z370 for less money and newer Intel Quicksync standards (support HEVC/H.265 and VP9 transcoding) and consume less power at idle and full performance, or if you feel fancy you can get those Topton mini ITX motherboard running Pentium N6005 and have 2.5GBe ethernet for $130 (significantly lower power but little bit less quicksync performance compared to 8th gen i5)

I'm buying 2nd hand on eBay and it seems 6th gen onwards Intel mini-ITX mobos are expensive so it ends up being thrice or quadruple the price

I heard of the topton board but I can't find it anywhere that isn't in a mini PC
