Concern with GPU Wattage

So I´m playing CS:GO and I am concerned, due to my ignorance, about the GPU (3080 12Gb) wattage behavior that I see while playing, I put the CPU wattage also to back up my concern since it works fairly consistently on 53 W but the GPU jumps around in values. I would like to know if this is something normal in GPU. Thx
