We need some more infos, What exactly happens, when it crashes? What is the exact hardware configuration?

I use the exact same board and it had an overclocked Ryzen 5 3600 in it and now a 5800X3D and it has been rock solid so far. Even when folding proteins for months 24/7.

The CPU recognized as K19 means it's not properly recognized, and that points in the direction of outdated Bios.

  • 2 weeks later...

You switched to an air cooler and no longer have thermal issues?

Did you update the BIOS to a newer version from what you showed before?

If your memory timings are adjusted or you have precision over boost enabled, disable them.

Driver updates all done? Windows updates?

Maybe take everything out of the case, clean it, reseat everything and ensure there is nothing loose. if you spank the machine, all you're doing is moving components. Maybe you have a loose power lead and you're jarring it in at times.

Check your rig make sure everythings seated. But also, if you have an air cooler that cant handle the load, you can cook your cpu.

Also for your AIO pump, take the copper pad out and see if you have gunk build up underneath to clean out.

If its been running for years, you could be at the point where its starting to build up and restrict flow. might not be the pump, theyve been known to clog.
