New Build

Go to solution Solved by StaticKC,

Running back here! Hopefully, people will see this, but my luck this month has been next level!

I snagged a brand new 7900 XTX (Reference) for 750.00 USD & a friend gifted me an i9-13900KF for free.

Needless to say, some changes are coming to this original build plan & I am asking for your help. If anyone could help me build a rig that  meets the following, I'll greatly appreciate it:

  • SFF (Mini ITX - if possible)
  • DDR5 (32 GB)
  • Remaining Budget: 800 - 900 USD

Budget (including currency): $2000, but I’d like to bring it down to $1,400-$1,750 if possible without giving too much performance up

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GSuite, R6, Valo, Horizon, Cyberpunk, Minecraft, Streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I’m looking to buy around late September, though I’ll probably start buying smaller component now in prep for the build. Giving my old build to my little brother, so it’s a fresh start.

idea I had in mind, note this is for a two monitor setup both of which have already been source and shouldn’t be considered in the budget: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XxskC6

any advice/recommendations are welcomed!

Looks very good to me!   The only way you could really lower the price is by going for a less expensive GPU.
Please dont use the MASTERLIQUID ML240L.. I had one and I hated it so much. I cried tears of joy when I could throw it out!
Get a Peerless Assassin instead.

To uptier this build, you could swap the 4070 for 7900XT but then your only solid option for streaming is AMD VCE AV1 or x264. VCE h.264 quality is still pretty terrible. If you want Intel for more flexibility in h.264 streaming and GPU choice, go for something like this:

Hello, I made some changes to your list. I had to drop the GPU to a 7900XT to make the price a bit lower. I fixed the RAM speeds, changed the CPU Cooler, Motherboard won't need a BIOS update with this X570s model, cheaper M.2 but just at fast with Read/Write speeds, Case I picked has more Fans and they are RGB, and lastly the PSU is now 850w that should give you better headroom.

That Arctic fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan giving you 2x140mm front intake fans + 1x120mm exhaust fan.

Use your gpu to stream with (Nvidia NVENC)

I would be hesitant pairing up that cpu with a ITX board. Look up some reviews on that cpu.
