Cannot install win 11

Do you have another windows install? The hidden boot partition for Windows or another operating system already exists and can't be used.

 

You'll either need to diskpart clean the install disk or recreate the boot partition for the other OS as FAT32

Physically remove every drive other than the one you want to install on, clear any partitions on that from the installer (supposing you have nothing to keep on it).
