I had problems with ram so i had to refit CPU cooler multiple times to access ram.
are you using PBO2 Tuner? NH-D15 Without it yeah its gonna get quite toasty. I suggest getting PB02 Tuner, doing -25 all cores, 120W PPT, 80A TDC, 110 EDC on page 2.
What fan speed are you running the fans at?
