Anything I should change up/go cheaper etc?

These are both over budget... I can't really go over my budget at all.

This build gives you faster RAM (games take advantage of low latency), low profile heatsinks on said RAM so it doesn't impede that dual tower cpu cooler which btw outperforms most if not all 240 AIO's.  A 2TB SSD gives you ample room for your games and programs, etc ...

That cooler works better than most if not all 240 AIO's.

Alright. The final thing for this build now is to make sure there are good warranty's on these parts

The 2023 RM850e psu I posted is ATX 3.0 and has a ten year warranty. That WD SSD has a five year warranty and unlike an AIO a air cooler pretty much last forever unless a fan goes bad and that's a cheap and easy fix.

Sounds good! I am happy with this build now and I know it will last me for a nice while!

One last question, is the second monitor going to be a good secondary monitor with the main monitor?

It should work fine. You want to make sure they both have the same VESA size so that you can use a desktop VESA stand.  Something like one of these for example.
