This build gives you faster RAM (games take advantage of low latency), low profile heatsinks on said RAM so it doesn't impede that dual tower cpu cooler which btw outperforms most if not all 240 AIO's.  A 2TB SSD gives you ample room for your games and programs, etc ...

All that money to end up with a 6700XT at 1080p ?? Bwaah

That's in your upper budget range, but has a nice 1440p monitor and a way better GPU.. If it's too expensive get a 6950XT instead

This build gives you faster RAM (games take advantage of low latency), low profile heatsinks on said RAM so it doesn't impede that dual tower cpu cooler which btw outperforms most if not all 240 AIO's.  A 2TB SSD gives you ample room for your games and programs, etc ...

I didn't add this case to the build because cases are a personal preference thing but if you're looking for better airflow then here's a case to consider. 2x140mm front intake fans + 1x120mm exhaust fan.

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/jD92FT/fractal-design-focus-2-rgb-atx-mid-tower-case-fd-c-foc2a-03

https://www.fractal-design.com/products/cases/focus/focus-2/rgb-black-tg-clear-tint/

Most people add this fan to the back of that case because it's cheap and works great.

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/68WfrH/arctic-p12-563-cfm-120-mm-fan-acfan00120a

But if you're going full out RGB then this is the fan for that case and it also works great.

Better description of that fan here.

You want the locked version of that cpu for a B760 board and I'll show you why.  Also keep in mind air coolers last longer than AIO's not to mention less hassle to deal with.

Processor Base Power: 65W
Maximum Turbo Power: 219W

Processor Base Power: 125W
Maximum Turbo Power: 253W

The difference between the locked vs unlocked 12 gen i7 cpu's is one frame per average and I doubt it's any different with the 13 gen i7's.

Ah, I see. I will go with that cpu then. Are the monitor's I picked good for the system? Like is the gpu going to handle the main monitor etc if that's how it works?

13700K = with integrated graphics

13700KF = no integrated graphics

13700 = with integrated graphics

13700F = no integrated graphics

Ah, so it looks like the KF version is better then the F version so I might go with that.

The 13700K and 13700KF are unlocked cpu's that require a board with beefy VRM's.  The 13700 and 13700F are locked cpu's that do better with the B760 boards due to those cpu's being less power hungry.

I will go with the F version then as it does not seem to go down in performance but instead goes up by a small bit if I am correct?

No difference in performance. The F versions are usually less expensive because they don't have integrated graphics ... which isn't needed for 99.9% of PC users.

Alright, and the cooler you told me to get is enough to have a good frequency of almost max?
