Getting red and yellow light on the motherboard and system doesn't boot. (RED CPU LIGHT, YELLOW DRAM LIGHT).

Tried reseating cpu over 5 times and cleaning the cpu and reapplying thermal paste and nothing works. What do i do?

I have the 7800x3d, bios was updated to newest version opon originally building the pc.

The issues I have been facing have been happening throughout the time I've bios this pc and sometimes would work for a few days until I plugged in a different cable or changed the cooler this would happen again and now I'm completely stuck as everything I've tried hasn't worked.

RAM also reseated?
If not there might be a part broken, or maybe a bent pin? (be very careful with that tho).

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

My friend literally had the same issue 5 days ago after building his new PC. We determined it would only happen when he had EXPO set to 5800Mhz or 6000Mhz. It never happened when a at a lower clock or with EXPO off. Buying different ram seems to have fixed the issue. His temporary fix was to flash the his BIOS to reset the board settings to default, although clearing your cmos I think would also work. He then left EXPO off until he got his new RAM. We are assuming the old RAM wasn't broken, just the board's software need to be updated for that specific RAM but he understandably doesn't want to wait for a BIOS update.

I was fine with expo on at 6000mhz I have corsair vengeance rgb and it worked fine I think its a faulty cpu or motherboard possibly unless anyone has any other ideas. I tried removed the cmos 20+ times already it doesn't fix anything same lights come on, I have the newest bios anyways for the x3d chips, my flash bios button doesn't even work when you press it so I have no way of flashing it to an older one.
