(sfc /scannow) shows corrupted files, would running (dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth) help ??

hi........a faulty RAM or RAM slot caused my pc to have blue screens............but it works fine now with 1 RAM..........however, i ran (sfc /scannow) today and i got what's displayed in the below pic.......

would running (dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth) solve this problem ?..........what if it can't complete the repair ?.......would it cause more damage ?

many thanks........
