Hi... i just bought a rx 6700 xt second hand and been used for mining. (though the warranty is still on)

and i found that the card mem clock is dipping and causing the game to stutter. i dont think the game itself is hard to run... (black desert online & anno 1800) on low-med setting)

Should i be concern and try to claim the warranty for a replacement ? or is it normal ?

Here's a chart base on 2 minutes of stress test. i dont know if its even helpful x.x
