I guess I phrased it wrong.

I meant is he on a budget as in he doesn't have tons of money, or has he just decided "hey, I wanna spend $100 on this". As in, is he a student etc

Depends what you spend it on... I like when people make not a window but a fully transparent door for their builds for example.  Then adds an etching effect with a logo of significance to them on that surface. Like their guild or country flag, not some random energy drink or game logo though.
