The issue is i get low fps 50fps 30fps average  in games like valorant and csgo

( i set my vram to 4gb) nothing changed

i see alot of people with the same apu and get 100+ fps average

check the power usage in game (it may be mobo vrm limited)

Also check the cpu usage and ram/gpu usage

I would also get another stick of ram as @deadlou666 said (optimally 16 to make 32)

non dual channel ram will be the culprit. Had the same problem troubleshooting someone elses amd apu new sticks are about £36 (uk), ensure to get the exact same stick if you decide to get another

you can also check if your ram is set to correct speeds

download MSI afterburner and follow the steps in the vid to configure it to show your power usage of the CPU in game

If you have two slots you can definitely do dual channel

As the RAM is used for video memory you would be

better off with 3600MHz overclocked to 3800MHz two sticks.

That's what I run on a 5700G.

cezanne has one of the best imcs for ddr4 so 3800 is still far too slow

You should be able to do 5000 1:1 fclk cause of ridicolous fclk capabilities on ryzen apus

Previous gen renoir was able to do somewhere around 2200-2300fclk and some guy got a 5700g to run dual rank hynix djrs at 4533 on This reddit thread in the comments and it only required a mere 1.275v vsoc (safe to ~1.4v judging by igpu oc guides)

Depends on what ram ics you got though but if you can do 3800 chances are its not garbage c die so you can check thaiphoon burner for ram ic, though you will need to run a fan to reach higher speeds cause you may need to run 1.6-1.7v (perfectly safe btw)

get another ram stick

a pic of the rams with the lable visible would help

if the ram is single sided id reccomend reselling it for some double sided samsung m378a1g43eb1 4gbit e die, 8gb 2133 bin sticks but theyll do 4000+ with ease, subtimings dont suck, dual rank for extra bandwidth so you dont have to push the freq too much, and good voltage scaling (think it scales 2v+). You can do a simple 4400-4600 lazy oc with a fan over the rams and you dont have to worry about the rams being overly volatile since you dont have to push em to 5000+. These should be available from some sellers that sell used ram, just ask for that particular model of samsung ram
