I have some issues with my PC

My build
CPU Ryzen 5 2600

RAM Corsair Vengeance 3200 8Gb x 2

Mobo  MSI B450M Gaming Plus

VGA AMD RX 580

When i turn off the XMP the RAM is 16Gb ( 8 Gb usable)

when i turn on the XMP Profile 1 (2933mhz) or Profile 2 (3200mhz) my pc keep crashing after i login to windows and open some app (especially opening chrome). i have to let it sit for a few minutes then i can open apps.

i'm not overclocking anything, just regular user. but it starts to annoy me when it keeps ctrashing.

Any helpful solution?

Well, you are overclocking because XMP is RAM overclocking 🙂  XMP Profiles are not guaranteed to be stable and can crash.  Some BIOS updates for the motherboard help with RAM stability so that might be something you could try.

Are you sure that the RAM is installed in the correct slots? That could be why only 8GB is showing.

Should be in A2/B2.
