Microsoft basic display adapter still showing in device manager?

Any way of fixing this? I've tried DDU, uninstalling it from device manager, updating chipset drivers. Seems to keep reappearing?

Oh it isn't, just built a new. Running a R9 7950X3D on an Asrock Taichi X670E

then you need to install amd adrenaline for the 7950x3ds onboard graphic

Oh thank you, I didn't think I needed to do that with a dedicated gpu. Will get it done now.
