Recently I downloaded PSX Emulator to play Spiderman 2: Enter Electro (don't ask why) with my PS3 controller. I had noticed some incompatibility issues with Motioninjoy on the Playstation 2 (PCSX2) Controller Emulator. Every time I open the game and use my controller, it's perfectly fine. Except I can't use the analog sticks, but whatever. But then when I close PSX because I'm done playing I get a BSoD. Does anybody know how to solve it?

Thats strange, as for the BSoD try downloading the latest version of PCSX2, maybe it has some corrupted files.
