How to I resolve this problem

Ive installed my cpu, ram and cpu cooler into my case but due to an issue with one of my motherboard screws I've ended up almost de-heading the screw of its philips head as it wouldn't budge which has resulted in metal shards being visible on the m.2 heatsink (shield frozr on mag b760 tomahawk wifi ddr5)

What's the best way to deal with this situation?

I'm going to return the motherboard anyway as its faulty but what about the ram and cpu cooler (deepcool ak620 so 2 fans, 2 radiators(??? Not sure of the definition). I'm concerned that metal could have got into the components.

Is it advisable to use a hoover?

Thanks,
