Input lag on 2 specific games

I have really bad input lag that can last between 1-5 seconds for only two specific games: Apex Legends and Valorant. It seems to happen randomly and I cannot find any rhyme or reason for it to occur during gameplay. I'm not sure what the cause could be but I've done a few of the typical troubleshooting tips such as updating graphics drivers and lowering/ adjusting settings in-game. Regardless of if I run high or low settings (v-sync is always turned off)  I still get input lag.

CPU - Intel i5-7600k

Motherboard - Gigabyte B250M-DS3H

Ram - 1 x 8GB HyperX Fury DDR4-2100Mhz (placed in channel 4), 1 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 - 2133Mhz (placed in channel 2)

GPU - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Storage - 1 x Seagate Barracuda 2TB, 1 x Samsung Evo 960 SSD 500GB

Power Supply - Corsair CX 450M 80 Plus Bronze

Operating System - Windows 11

Keybaord - Logitech G915 TKL

Mouse - Logitech G Pro Wireless
