Samsung Soundbar not working

Samsung Sound bar Model: HW-Q70R/ZA. It recently has been stuck on TV ARC source and I'm unable to switch the source to anything else via the remote or the buttons on the sound bar. I'm able to power it on and off and it will often say on the display "UPDATE" and then go back to TV ARC. 

 

I have attempted working with Samsung tech support which was unsuccessful through their troubleshooting methods. Hard and soft resets did not work. As well as attempting to update the firmware via USB.

 

Ita stuck on the TV ARC source (not producing sound). Which makes me believe it is a circuit board issue.
