MB for 13500

hello, I am looking for a motherboard with a z690/z790 chipset for a 13500 processor, kingston fury renegade 2x16gb ddr4 3600mhz cl16 memories. I would like it to have a good power section, support xmp for these kingstons and not have a lan card from intel, you know why ... the cheaper the better.
