I'm moving some network equipment that was in a closet, and we're moving it to a proper network rack. But we need like shelves for some equipment. And hatches for some other. If I remember correctly, the site they recommended sold all that.

RackSolutions is probably the one Linus recommended (after all they made his pink rack and he's prominently featured on their homepage), but you can get them on Amazon and B&H. All the parts you described are pretty generic.

 

Middle Atlantic, Belden, and StarTech make good rack hardware.
