Hi everyone, I have a very weird problem and was hoping any of you had any sort of fix/encountered this problem.

For the last two years; I've had static electricity build up on my mousepad, It makes playing a game competitively practically impossible, as it makes aiming very hard ( I play CSGO)

My mousepad almost feels like mud sort of, and it's hard to move my mouse, and I can hear the static on my mousepad when I move my mouse.

I've tried getting a humidifier; which makes the static less annoying but it's still there.

I've also tried getting one of those grounding kits and plugging it onto my mousepad with no success.

If anyone could help that'd be great.

Get a different type of mousemat material.

Seems there is a form of friction between you, your mouse and mousepad causing buildup. Could aimply be a incompatibility of materials

Have used a ton of different mousepads/mousepad material; same problem; also tried different mouse feet/different mice
